• Support all phases of plant growth from propagation through harvest
• Monitor and adjust irrigation, fertigation, and climate systems
• Assist with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs
• Conduct daily plant inspections to identify stress, pests, or disease
• Perform pruning, trellising, defoliation, and crop maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across cultivation areas
• Record data accurately in cultivation tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with state and internal regulatory requirements
