Harvest - please help! 2 girls growing at diff rates.

Hi!
I have 2 gorilla autos 12.5wk old.
The right one looks almost ready to harvest whilst the left one is dragging behind.

Ive lowered light intensity and began flushing (PH6.4) - planning to harvest in 7-10 days from now.

I only have the one tent to grow+harv in and im wondering;

How long estimated til i can harvest both at once? (Cant see any dark trichomes on more mature one yet)

Dont want to miss the window on the more mature one by waiting on the slow one, but i equally as much dont want to buy another tent/filter setup!

Meet in the middle, take the one that’s closer to being ready a little longer and take the other one a little shorter. Depending when you like to harvest, for me 10-20% take it to 40-50% and the other will probably be about there. I also dry in my flower and even with same varieties it can be a pain.

Harvest when each individual plant is ready, why compromise yield/potency by letting one plant go too far and the other not far enough. None of the plants I see will be done in 7-10 days. Not to start a debate, but flushing, unless you've got a lockout, has been shown to be worthless, except for starving a plant of nutirents when it needs them.

Hmm not sure whether to continue flush then - althpugh i think i probably overfed them throughout and been hearing that it tastes harsh in those circumstances without proper flush.

Also have no other tent to dry in - trying to keep odours at bay!

Id just like to harvest at the best time on avg between the 2!

Is it possible for the more mature one to start degrading fast? I'll keep an eye on trichomes anyway.
