Have I damaged my plants

Hey y’all. I’m currently in week five of flower and have been using Emerald for my feed and the chart that’s provided on their site.

From the time I switched to 12/12 every watering I always fallowed their chart and also included Cal-Mag and Sturdy Stalk.
I’m coming to find out that I’m basically wasting nutritions and possible damaging my plants.

currently I’m watering every other day and here is how I feed:

Sturdy Stalk 5ML
Adjust pH to 6.0 then add
Cal-Mag 5ML
King Kola 12ML
Honey Chrome 10ML
Cal Pro Bloom A and B 6ML
Mammoth 0.6ML
All per gallon.
At the end my pH is around 5.8 and PPM 1400-1500.

Coco soil
Room Temp 74F
Lights at 1000W

Since this is a feed schedule what should I be giving my plants during normal watering. I water them 4 times a weeks so how many times out of the 4 watering I should give it nutes?

On regular water days what would you add to you water if you’re using RO water, Cal-Mag and what else?

Recommend me a book...

If it’s coco you should be giving Nutes every feed, I found it hard to believe myself but after muting everyday in flower and every 2-3 days in veg no longer than 3 I’ve seen massive results,
No burns no nothing
By giving just water you are just starving the plants and flushing out any of the nutes

Your usage is too large to use according to his instruction sheet，
It's better to use half of it

1400-1500 ppm you will fry your plants in coco if you miss a watering (and maybe without depending on the strain). I would cut that in half.

1200 is the most ppm Ive pushed mine .... walking on a razor blade ...

Bc the rh is so low you are watering allot, i would cut back on nutrients till it's not so dry.

I’m sorry, I’m new to all this but what does

1400-1500 ppm you will fry your plants in coco if you miss a watering (and maybe without depending on the strain). I would cut that in half.

An EC meter. You can just add plain water to dilute nutes out if you mixed too hot. If you like what you are feeding just cut all the add's down by a %.

I too have a problem with low rh but it is improving, i water my big plants dayley but very lightly, every 4 days a proper watering or feed, it's getting better today my rh was 40% much better than the 20% rh i have been dealing with for past 36 days.
