Portable A/c unit? Open lung room window to exhaust the heat? need to know more info on your setup - Thanks

What kind of lights are you using ? Are you growing in a Tent ? Grow Room ? Grandma's basement ?

set up is just home made 1 m by 1 m 6 feet high m8

Well, it really is all relative to what you are growing in, so I would love to be more specific, but some pictures, or an overall better understanding of your grows details, could go a long way for a lot of us being able to give you sound advice.

I’m on the east coast of the mid Atlantic. Hot as all get out here.

I put a small window AC unit in my grow room. Hope this helps .
