Veg pics!
This plant is in a 3g pot of promix... going to be going into a 7g in a few days when her "team" makes the jump.
You can see the og "lank" rather clearly. And also the Indica leaning leaves...
I love the deep color. She has a nice smell in veg.
She is not an "easy" plant to take care of... but I may be getting the hang of things.
We'll see...

Hawaii Grower Products carries the Canna stuff...
bummer you can't get it locally.
i am not ashamed to admit amazon has come to the rescue a few times when obtaining locally was out of the question - do what you gotta do.

cooter - i kinda veg under t5s
the main deck of my veg set up is a 3x6 tray under a 2ft 8bulb and a 4ft 8 bulb right over it. i almost went with the 600mh on a mover over the 3x6 but went "ahhhhhhhh" this is over kill enough i think. i mean it is 2' x 6' of 8 bulb t5 action hahaha
but i don't rely soley on the veg room for veg growth/light/environment....
when i wake up in the morning first thing i do is move the veg team outside to the deck
and ill leave them out there until sunset. sometimes a little before sometimes a little after.
weather permitting of course. and because of weather i have started staking plants in veg due to the strong tradewind gusts... so they can stay up and stay strong
thats the thinking anyways toughen em up a bit more

Hahaha we kinda do the same thing (thow out the plants during the sun lit hours and back inside for the eveing hours) My indoor veg station utilizes a T5, When I saw how green your fan leaves get, the light went off in my pee sized brain "I bet Grey uses a T5"...lol

Pre-Harvest Shot of Classic Seeds Chemjacked, poor thing got stuck between seasons. She really wanted to show off her Haze lineage, the other pheno I'm working with really shows off her Chem lineage.

breeders boutique sells S1's of DOG, maybe you could ask them guys?!

you know I was going to ask them.... mahalo nui for the 411.

The Dog strain was created using a Sour Kush bagseed(or so called Headband) that was found in a bag purchased in a coffeeshop in Amsterdam. This was stock grown by DNA genetics and sold to the Grey Area. The resulting plant was then crossed with the OG Kush to create a feminised cross of the two strains. The Dog has been running now for around 6 years now. The Male that was used in the Backcross bx1 came from the same linneage as the female OG kush used in the original cross. We will look out some pictures for you and send them through as soon as we can.
Kind Regards

BB Team.

In a nutshell, their "Dog" S1 & BX are not of THE Dog...
they sound like fun seeds to sow though, and a good value.

Spliff - i have to ask.... why did you not keep the Dog when you had it?

Man, those plants are pretty beast for 3 gal's. What base soil do you use, Grey?

I'm liking the LOS techniques so far...I tried a sprouted seed tea using organic popcorn from the natch. Seemed like the plants got a pretty decent boost after feeding it to them. Hoping to never have to set foot in ohana greenhouse again.

So my buddy on Kauai called and said he sourced the Electric from an old farmer on the south/westside. He saw the garden and flowers and said was badass. The farmer gave him 3 seeds at 20$ a piece and said if i got all males he would give us 3 more seeds but no more. We shall see.

Moved into joes apartment.....ground zero roach city with eggs in the popcorn ceiling an cracks everywhere in the walls where the ceiling meets the wall. Filled almost every crack an hole with caulk or expanding foam spray but they still get in through the crappy shade type windows. I cant move for atleast 6 months so im gonna start a grow an deal with it.

My question is do the roaches carry spider mites? I read they carry mites, should i push ahead an keep on with the plans or will they wreak havoc on my grow?

looking good bruddahs.

arthritis I wouldn't worry too much about the roaches. just put roach traps. grow from seed, don't bring anything "foreign" when your grow gets going and you should be alright. its only 6 months anyway, some of my best runs ever came from those situations as the bugs didn't have a chance to take hold of my grow until at least after a year in the same spot :D aloha bro good luck

Try tape/tack a temporary screen up over the windows, if can. Weekly neem/karanja(cold-pressed only) and essential oil foliar sprays for preventative maintenance.
