Health Stones

Just wondering how everyone uses there health stone in there bong? I put the oil on the stone then I use the Butane torch on it till its done.
I'm asking because I've seen people Heat the glass around the stone then when it's hot enough they put a dab of bho or other concentrates onto the stone and haul on ur bong.
I haven't tried it yet because I'm afraid the glass will blow.
Just wondering how others use there health stone.
Very convent and tasty using the health stone either way.

I put my shatter bit directly on my stone then heat with a tri headed flame lighter. I love my healthstone.

i think its funny that they're even allowed to call it a "health stone". How can they try to imply that hitting a piece while sucking in the butane from a torch lighter/torch is any better for ones health than hitting a Ti nail or quartz banger after being heated by a torch and left to cool a few seconds? Aren't we trying to dab/vaporize and take in the minimal amount of butane/propane into our lungs? + with the "health stone" you cant really take low temp dabs to get the flavors and preserve more terps. China is selling e nail setups for like 100 bucks now with pretty decent looking grade 2 nails

@juggernaut -unless you're using a cheap adapter in between the joint and your health stone do not heat the glass around the stone. Those joints are not supposed to be heated with a torch and will quickly break if its done enough to stress the joint. A good quality size 18 quartz banger is only 40 and a male to female adapter is 10 and can be heated with a pocket torch repeatedly. My go to for tasty, tane free, low temp dabs. Just dont drop them too many times or they will break.
