Delonghi-TRN0812T-Oil-Filled-Radiator-Heater-White

Just cover the red switch in front with some silver H.V.A.C. Tape, the kind you use on the central A/C during flowering time. Built in timer and once you get the room up to say 65 degrees you turn the top knob counter clockwise till the light switch goes off....easy peezy.

I go to 60 deg. lights out and let the light heat at lights on to 77-82 deg
But be careful... make sure you have plenty of air movement in room to reduce PM when temps get that low
But the absolute minimum I would go is 50 deg. 45 deg. triggers final attempt to procreate and hermie on you. as well as trigger the start of it's death.
Here is a pic of what 60 deg. temps does to this Critical 11View attachment 566382

Cool man. Yea my ladies leaves are purplish from the low temps, but I've been keeping it above 65. Good to know I can go lower. What about during veg? I always kept it above 70 even at lights out. Is that overkill?

I had the exact same problem not long ago, I simply chucked the heater away, insulated the outside and inside of my room with kingspan. One off payment and no worries about heating! HPS bulbs let off quite abit of heat!

What about the lasko 200 watt mini heater.

If you Google lasko 200 watt heater
You will find what I'm talking about.

It will draw much less current than your 1500 watt.
But will efficiently heat up your tent and Is small enough to fit inside.

Another option is to get those 200 watt ceramic ir heat emitter bulbs and hang one inside your tent. They won't create light at night to bother your plants.
But will create warmth

I agree wholeheartedly with this. OR, go with an electric blanket hung inside the tent, it's going to use a fraction of the wattage as the heater. OR, if you're gonna run that much wattage, add more light instead.

OR, you can do an Electric Blanket Sandwich, placed under the pots.

I've never done a tent, we built a small room. So having framing and such makes certain aspects easier.

Your 1500 Watt space heater can cost $100 per mo.+ if ran 24/7
So only heat area you need heated, and maybe wrap as much of your tent as possible w/insulating wrap of some kind to help keep heat in better...

Those styro sheets work a TRICK.

Definitely. I've got that 200w heater on the way, and I'm gonna get it hooked up to a day/night temperature switch. Also working on insulating the room better. But there's only so much I can do right now.
