I have a tent in mind, pvc and panda plastic. 7' high, 5.5' wide and 4' from the wall. My room is kind of small so this is as fare as I can go. Store in town has happy frog for $16 a bag, I guess amazon for dyna gro fp/protekt and Lowes for the perlite.

I've been reading a lot around here and other places on the net and this seem to be the route i need to go to stay on budget.
