Hey so I'm new to this site and don't know how to upload photos but until we get that sorted out here's a few details

LED grow - was 600,900 and now 1200w (have a 600w mars and 2x300w)

Plants are in a soil/perlite mix

I know I topped too early

They have had cal mag + nitrate added in last few weeks

Probably water every 3-4 days

Plants are recovering from Nute burn a week or so ago (flushed and have fed way lighter since)

Growth is slow

The strains are supposed to be tall sativas, yet are bushy and short for age. Strains are Raspberry Cough and Sour Lemon. Also I've just planted a Strawberry Cough seed that I'm going to not top, over feed Etc and hope for the best when I turn it at approx 40 days old (as I'm putting a veg restriction of 100 days max on others)

First grow using LED

Please help me make the most out of the last 40-50 days I need them doubled/tripled in size.

Currently in a 80cmx80cmx160cm tent going into a 1.2x1.2x2 when they get bigger

Nutrient line up is just DutchMaster A+B grow and the calmag + nitrate

Hope that info helps and I can work out to upload photos then hopefully get this sorted

Lets see if these photos work? Also they are seeds from a reputable bank. The last light was only introduced on the weekend. Temps at 28 C (bit high now but i think still ok?) and RH about 40% As you can see by the setup (if photos work) i have ducting, extraction fan/CF filter, oscillating fan on plants. This set up wasn't cheap so id like to get an ROI if i can
Cheers

The pictures seemed to work. Hopefully i did that ok, someone shed some light if i didn't please. The above plant, the best one, Raspberry Cough is only 6 inch high (stem is pretty thick though) As you can see there'll be 4 main colas? I only topped once, but i must have done it wrong?

Doing fine. If you cut the top a little short of the whole top,80%, you will see more than 2 tops. If you topped it 100% the plant will grow 2 new tops. If you top it early you can then top the new growth and have 30 plus tops. Are you trying to grow the plant tall? Your tent is good for short plants that don't hit the light. They double in size when flowered, usually. I'll help you buddy. Your squat plants look like they love their life. So far so good.

Can you post pictures of the plants in normal lighting? Sorry, it's just impossible to see whats going on with the LED spectrum on it.

Also, height of LED's above plants?

No sorry the only lighting in there is LED and the room the tent in has poor lighting as it's a spare area that wasn't being used...

And thanks Smerb - appreciate it. Not heaps tall just wanted them to be a couple foot before I flower in which I was aware they will at least double but yeh 1.5-2 ft each before flower would be awesome

I have a 2m high tent for them to go into next. So with lights in and a safe light distance plants can be around 1m + high after stretch.

Yeh they seem to be doing ok now just still growing too short for my liking they have good internodal development and if they were bigger I would flower as the strains have 11 week flower times anyway. I guess I'm in for the long haul...

Also yes if the growth was more rapid I would probably would top the new growth colas

So I'm doing ok? just ride it out a bit longer and should be ok? I just feel like growth could be faster with these they seem to be now in ideal if not really intense lighting, I'm not going to hard with nutrients etc etc

Would transferring them to new soil count for anything

Yes on both. Transplanting into a new pot can slow growth but it will start right back up, sometimes over growing if you don't pay attention. Flower late and your in the light .

It just sucks cause I've seen other plants doing much better at almost 2 months
I would have liked to flip them already but I'll hold out till 100 days. Just hoping for some exponential growth in the last few weeks and once flipped

Also should have mentioned they were outside (in Tent) however exposed to really low temps the first 3-4 weeks so I guess shouldn't expect heaps. I do however want to yield 6 oz overall that's my ROI with prices here and what I've spent

Thanks bud... yeh I was thinking that but they're just going so slow I'm trying to pump them with light now. So not 100% necessary, tbh they seem to like the additional 300 I dropped in there last weekend.

Should also mention I'm running a 20/4 light cycle

Well there's one culprit. 20/4 hours? You know the plants that sleep for 6 hours are usually the best. My advice, let them nap. They grow in the dark also. 18/6 my friend.
