Help! Behind in flowering stage?

It’s week 7 flower for my girl and she just doesn’t look 7 weeks in to me! Please let me know what you think. Her strain is crystal and according to the breeder can take 8-9 weeks to finish flower. I want to start flushing but don’t want to flush too early! Also what can I do to help her buds get denser?

That isn't done flowering you have too many pistils white still. I would say you have a week or two left just based on pictures

Back off the nutes.
Give water only now until chop (1.5-2 weeks).
