Help, is this an issue

So I noticed that this leaf is covered in weird spots and the edges are so dry that it just crumbles. Thought it might be just withering but I've never seen a leaf wither like that. Any ideas?

I have some canna Cal-Mag. But I was informed not to use it yet, guess they were wrong lol

No nothing has been sprayed on them as far as I know

I use calmag 5ml per gallon from the first time I feed until mid flower then I stop.
