Just went to check out my niece and nephew's greenhouse. Found some sad looking plants that had a shit ton of white spots. Hoping to help her save their grow if it is pm.

Looks like Thrips man. Burn the house down already.

Thrips are tiny bugs that will eventually kill the plant.

Spray them with this and let dry for 30 minutes, then rinse it all off or the plant will suffocate.
And yes, you can use it in flower.

Look under the leaves for the buggers. It has the spider mite look to this farmer so b sure to look for bits of fine webbing.

Nah,she found them. I told her to take a sheet of white paper and put it below an infested branch and jiggle it a bit...some fell onto paper. They're thrips but can she still save her plants?
I've been lucky and never dealt with thrips or any type of invasive species so I know nothing of how to treat or what to expect

Look on the underside of the leaves for White Dots, then put a magnifier over it. Seems like just a white dot, bit its a little destroyer.

If you have a greenhouse infestation you can release lady bugs. They eat up to a 1000 little bugs a day. Each. If you're lucky you'll colonize lady bugs. If you wanted another option. And yes. It's thrips. A low tier pest. But one that can still kill plants.
