Hello. I need some advice one when I should harvest this plant. It's about 11 weeks in flowering, and it looks like new flowers are growing at the bottom bucked, the buzz at the top. I'm probably ready to be harvest. Also I'm supposed to flush the plant also kinda lost at this point.

You dont need to flush : )

I cant tell from the video but going off 11 weeks ill bet your really close if not there : ) any way you can get some still close ups of the buds? That’ll give you the best idea of ripeness.

Great job! Looks like some killer smoke!

+1 for better pictures.

Lower buds ripen slower than upper buds. It has to do with the distance from the light.

The only reason to flush is if there are excess nutrients.

It's kind of hard to tell but looks to be very close.

For the lower buds you could just harvest the top buds, move the light closer and wait a bit to see if they ripen.

Unless you eager to start a new grow you can harvest the entire plant.

Looking at the picture, most of the pistils seem to be dark orange, which to me says they're ready to harvest. So, I would harvest it. There's actually a wide window for harvesting. I'm sure that plant would get you high.

Many say the best way to tell is to look at the trichomes on the buds (not the leaves) using magnification.

Im with LGI : ) looks good and ready at this point, it is hard to see the trichomes still but from what I can tell, it looks like there is a fair amount of cloudy to really cloudy and milky.

The top 2/3rds looks fairly ripe…..with that plant in particular u could easily harvest the top and let the lower buds (if they still have white pistils showing) finish.
There isn’t a lot of foliage left, so she doesn’t have much gas left in the tank.
The buds themselves look great….

Without a scrog or a uniform canopy, you don't get uniform ripening all over the plant. Top choices for non-trimmers / non-scroggers: are wait until you are losing more to amber than gaining from clear, or doing an incremental harvest taking the tops first and giving the lowers more time to finish.
