So sad to say I pulled the plug today.I put a roof on my rented house because it looked like shit, and I was embarrassed.I fixed it since she wouldnt. My landlord knows I grow, she gets bags on holidays.I have a feeling she is going to make life hard over the roof bill and make life hard.I have a full inspection next week on an undisclosed day.trusses, roof, the works.what the fuck do I do? What should I expect?I have intake holes low through the siding, and a shitload of ceiling holes to patch.are they going to go above and beyond on me? Anybody been through this? Crushed...

Really sucks TF.
Posters over the holes. like shawshank redemption. Lol

Or bargain with them and take a partial hit on roof $ I bet that will change lanlords attitude.

And put some heavy unmoveable shit by intake holes if possible.
Concrete bags or whatever looks normal ish

No....some private party to do with the bank that holds the slip on the house I guess.biggest bummer is I've had my pitbull here 8 years,no agressive dog clausw.that is going to be a problem.of course she's a puss, but they look at the breed not the dog in question.

If she knows you grow,I would just explain (with a bag in hand for her) that you will have the ceiling fully repaired and painted at ur expense. She has nothing to worry about and that it will look better than it did when u moved in.

Unfortunately thats the cookie when u rent. At least she gave you notice. Its probably so she can get here HOI down with a new roof they will lower it. Also you making her pay for work you did Its only normal for her to want to make sure you did it right and that she got her money's worth in the sake of her investment property.

I know its to late now BUT...I think I understand you correctly...
While I can see you fixing it for your reasons but I might have not gone after her for the money at least until you were ready to hit the road then argue for your money with the receipts idk man sucks hope it works out brother let me know if you need anything.

Had this happen to me on a 16kw grow with 40 ladies 3 weeks shy of harvest.

Lol, took me 2 weeks to set everything up and less than 48hrs to have looking somewhat normal again.

A big ass box truck (uhual, ryder) makes a great temporary storage, any dog walker or sitter will take your dog if it's a ham.

Best of luck, please keep us updated.

This is kinda why alot of landlords around my area won't allow growers to grow in rentals... Lotta damage done to the inside.. holes, water, smell issues.. ect ect.

Should talk to your landlord before you go about destroying the inside of a rental regardless if you plan on fixing it or not..

Would you like it if i walked up to your car and drilled a hole thru your door with the promise that one day when im done doing whatever it is im doing to the hole in your door i'll Patch the hole..?

Sorry not trying to be a dick but grows w/out permission have just given a bad impression to people who rent properties..

Not sure where you live but most states require a timely written notis of landlord inspections. In Cali it`s three days minimum. You also have the right to be there at the time of inspection. This should give you time to prepare.

I beg to differ I grew up in the midwest and not one person could know ever all 6-9kw grows. It's all circumstantial.
Things could and should be fixed is all.

I could deal with it if they remodeled the bathroom, put in new carpet, and put a new roof on my car like I've done for her.

Well considering these days the DEA can charge the landlord for your growing on his property its just another reason not to do it on property you don't own..

If your gonna break the law involve the least amount of people possible.

If you live in a medical state get permission from your landlord before ya start tearing shit up.. If you got a slumlord.. Take them to court..

Theres always options..
