Confused because photo shows 3 leaves not one. Upper leaf, lower? Grow medium? PH? Nutrients? At this point with the information provided, you can make a lot better guess than anyone else. With no other information looks like nute burn.

Around your edges of the leafs looks like nutrient burn and for the white dots on the leafs thats spider mites

Upper looks good only some lower leaves ph 7 to 6.5 nutrients: biobizz grow bloom

Less food so start with some water make sure to ph correctly and then give it small amounts of food try and pick off as much damaged leafs as you can after you give it a day with just water so the plant looks clean again and i used a product call jakes and one call n force if your over 2 weeks of flower i don't recommend spraying anything but ph 4 water with maybe a little h202 in it wont get rid of them complete but will minimize them might wanna take them down early before they start webbing its not the end of the world you can find articles on how bugs with helps stress the plants out at the end causing more resin in them. both sprays also help a lot with mildew if you use them as preventatives you'll never get mildew.

Avoid going over ph 6.5 some nutrients brand dont do well with it if i run 6.6ph with the diablo brand i use they lock out on me in 3-5 watering so 6 to 10 days but if i keep it at 6.5 i get amazing results

i just had a bout of spider mites, nasty bastards. i applied some neem oil, which i don't like using. it seemed to have contained, and hopefully eradicated this infection. i'm suspicious if total eradication, so still keeping an eye on the plants.

you see those spots/specks on the leaves first, then webs covering your growth. check underneath the leaves.

Eradicate, Exterminate!! Hit those spider mites hard.
