Help me time my harvest

I need help timing the harvest of this plant, I'm moving in a week and am curious when I can harvest it..

it won’t be ready in a week more looking like 7 weeks

I don’t like the Color of the leaf’s on the right is that splash damage weird that it’s kinda white/grey it doesn’t wipe if does it

Agreed with @Gmix, you may be needing to take a stealth ride to your new location with her. She has 7ish weeks for sure.

That's longer than I expected but now I know, the grayish color was some dirt water with nutrients I gave it. Thanks guys
