Help! Mold!

Just found this black mold about two weeks ago, have been spraying 70 percent rubbing alcohol to kill mold. Strain is grape ape outdoor. In central California near the coast.

Aloe Vera may work. Tea tree oil ( the Australian one) diluted with distilled water would for certain I'm figuring also. Neem seed tea to make a spray would work and I'd go with that 1st and or mixed with the Aloe. Did the alcohol work?

Looks not good me thinks it looks Systemic from where the branch has come away from main stem .

Alcohol seemed to work but the mold was inside the stem it seemed like, I chopped the top and cut
Any branches that looked moldy, will post pic tomorrow. Thank you
