Hey there folks, Wifey and i just got served papers today from our daughter's father accusing me of heavily using and growing illegal drugs and having a criminal record... I AM completely prop 215 compliant and only grow a few plants for my need... Can anyone help me out??? Maybe a reference or something...

BTW i have never had a criminal record for ANYTHING much less DONE anything bad enough to be considered for a crimnal record query...

I think the name of the firm that specialized in Marijuana law is Krugers law or something..

Not sure if it just a Oregon law but they just passed HIPPA law. It is something where LEO cannot take babies away from parents due to drugs.
google it and see whats up with it.

Also I am sorry to hear what you are going thru. Hope all is best for the children and you.
