High again friendly people. I’m a first time grower and need some help again. My plants doubled or maybe even tripled in height within the last two weeks. One of the stems has grown taller than the lights and the leaves are burnt. What can I do? It’s 18 days into flowering. Are they done stretching soon?

You are going to need to pull them stems down. The problem is that there is really no room to go. If you need to drop 10 inches of hight you need 10 inches of room around the plant
Do you know how to pull plant stems down with wire? It's not to late but it is getting close. The stems start to really harden after week 3 flower and stretch.
This is how they look pulled down and apart.

"Command" brand hooks would work.

Are you comfortable with Super-cropping? It's where you massage the stem between your thumb and finger until the cellulose breaks down and the branch bends. It's another way to help train your plants. If it were my grow and I needed head room, I'd use both LST with those hooks and super-cropping to get everything evened out so you have room between the plants and the light.

You might also get another inch or so of heights by zip-tying your light to the ceiling frame of your tent. Mine is like that right now ... although the tent is empty. I just finished my last run.

I don’t know if I would be comfortable with super cropping, but will look up more info on it.

Thanks again.

A lot of people aren't real comfortable with super-cropping. If you're still not after your reading, that's ok. It was an idea worth tossing out there. Just so you know, most of us have done similar things especially when we were just starting out. I'd only been growing indoors for a bit over a year when I put up a greenhouse outside. I planted 8 seedlings in my greenhouse in the beginning of June 2020. The picture I'm about to show you was taken on August 8th. My greenhouse is 10' wide by 20' long and it looked like this from one end to the other:

I thought I could do it easy cause tomatoes.
First stem pick one you can live without
A larger stem after stretch might take 5-10 minutes of moving and pinching before it's ready.

I was nervous as he'll the first time I tried suppercropping but glad l did. It's a great tool to have when a grow gets away from you, which happens to just about everyone at some point. This current indoor grow got out of hand from spending time getting outdoor grow going and general life shit. Did some supercropping and they never skipped a beat. Buds keep growing and swelling the same as the untouched branches. Not only does it keep the tops away from the light it let's the lower Buds get direct light.
