Yea that sux mate a lot of effort for that to happen I’m sure if u do a search here u will find a solution I know full cream Milk sprayed in the sun will knock it down I just dunno if that’s a good idea whilst u have flowers @Aquaman or @Moe @GNick55 someone will chime in and help u out bloody neighbours hey I had 1 once come check out my plant he said balls all over it I’m like ffs man seeded everything in my backyard at the time good luck manSo what do I do now??
I’ve moved her away from the rest
What dose PM do?
Is it deadly? If smoked?
Two of my plant are in week 5-7 (not really sure) do I harvest them or wait to see what happens?
Fuck fuck fuck
My neighbors plants are white from top to bottom we where just talking about it and I went home to take a close look at mine and spotted it![]()
I don't know about that, I would try rinsing the leaves with water and removing as much as you can. PM isn't going to hurt your plants or anything so don't trip. If you spray something I would try an inoculant with beneficial bacteria or compost tea. What week of flower are you at? Just let em finish flowering and wash them when you harvest.Should I mix up a batch of hydrogen peroxide and water and spray them down? Is there a ratio to follow?
I’m worried about smoking it, two of my girls are between 5-7 weeks of flower the one that’s actually showing PM is in week 3 I guessI don't know about that, I would try rinsing the leaves with water and removing as much as you can. I’ll definitely look into the KNF lab stuff, I’m just starting to show PM so I’m desperately trying to get ahead of it
I didn't say you should smoke it if there is WPM of the flower. I was just saying it's not going kill your plant and to remove the leaves that are infected as much as possible. I always depose of flowers that are contaminated with molds and it's a very important practice during harvest and processing to have an eye for those different molds when dry hanging all the way through trimming. I can't tell you how much flower I've had to throw away and lost to molds. Bud rot can kill you and is much more serious. If you want to go out and buy a PM control product and spray it on to your flowers go for it. Either way bud washing always a good practice for out door growing not just for mold but for dirt and microbes as well. How many years have you been growing MIGrampa? You should be worried about smoking it.
WPM does not wash away with water. Spores are still there and still infecting the plant. The guy telling you that you can wash it off and still smoke it has been bouncing around from thread to thread giving bad advice. Don't listen to him.
Please don't smoke WPM or bud rot. You're inhaling a fungus into your lungs. If you have a compromised immune system (organ transplant or cancer patient), a fungal illness can be deadly.
U only have to look at his pics to know MIGrampaUSA is the man clean as grows filthy buds his got it goin on I dare say his been growing since before u were born show some respectI didn't say you should smoke it if there is WPM of the flower. Wasn't trying to be disrespectful, just felt like my comment was taken out of context and maybe misunderstood. I just commented on MIGrampas hybridized light dep greenhouse looks so clean and I'd imagine automated as well. I really like the reflective wall on one side, probably makes it easier to automate. I don't doubt he's been growing a long time much respect. I have some experience too growing up in the emerald triangle in northern California my whole life.U only have to look at his pics to know MIGrampaUSA is the man clean as grows filthy buds his got it goin on I dare say his been growing since before u were born show some respect![]()
Well I’m very sorry then I jumped the gun that happens on forums but he is right u may wash the pm off with water or it looks as though u have but them spores still be there doin there thing I certainly wouldn’t be smoking your buddies dunked n washed pm buds personally I wouldn’t even squish it for rosin we all inhale a bit of mold without even knowing we do it’s everywhere but I wouldn’t be doin it deliberately once again sorry for jumpin the gunWasn't trying to be disrespectful, just felt like my comment was taken out of context and maybe misunderstood.

100% maybe I should have said get rid of anything that looks visibly infected and wash during harvest as a per caution. With a H202 solution which should kill spores and microbes and clean dirt off. Any buds with PM on them should be deposed of. I do extraction as well and never run moldy material, only maybe for making into crude oil for distillate.Well I’m very sorry then I jumped the gun that happens on forums but he is right u may wash the pm off with water or it looks as though u have but them spores still be there doin there thing I certainly wouldn’t be smoking your buddies dunked n washed pm buds personally I wouldn’t even squish it for rosin we all inhale a bit of mold without even knowing we do it’s everywhere but I wouldn’t be doin it deliberately once again sorry for jumpin the gun![]()
50/50 water and 3% hydrogen peroxide (the stuff in the brown bottle from the pharmacy, NOT food grade)Should I mix up a batch of hydrogen peroxide and water and spray them down? Is there a ratio to follow?
Unfortunately, I have also thrown away a lot of outdoor bud. I know its part of the risk growing outside so I don't bank on my outside harvest to get me through. I grow outside in a greenhouse to better understand how to fight off such pests like bud rot and WPM. I don't claim to be an expert at it yet, but I'm actively working on developing a working preventative maintenance program to share with this community. As for the number of years growing .... better part of 40 yrs. Mostly indoors. Now that's not continuous grows. I didn't do much in the 90's through 2008. It was too dangerous if you valued your freedom and I had kids to feed.I didn't say you should smoke it if there is WPM of the flower. Do I just foliar spray that? Ive definitely caught it early just starting to show on leaves, I removed many branches on the infected plant and separated her, at this point I’m trying to protect what I have and attack strong now, just being 2/3’s through flowering I’m not sure what I can do50/50 water and 3% hydrogen peroxide (the stuff in the brown bottle from the pharmacy, NOT food grade)
That is, if you decide to take that route. Which I wouldn't recommend smoking infected buds, but if you manage to catch it in time before it spreads really bad, it might be ok.
