Help please my buds are looking weird

Has anyone ever seen this happen to their buds before? Been growing over 10 yrs and have never seen this before. The 2nd pic shows it growing all the way up the lateral.

I could be wrong but that totally looks like an over ripened hermaphrodite that has started dropping seeds.

Definitely looks pollinated either from herm or cross pollination from a male in the vicinity.
