At first I thought this was a nitrogen deficiency then maybe a potassium but basically the leaves start getting lighter in color and then the brown spots start to form. All of the effected leaves have purple/red stems.

I have been adding calmag once every week to feedings. So I didn't think it'd be a magnesium deficiency causing the stems to turn red. My ph is always around 5.8-6.0 going in and very close to the same in runoff so I also don't think it's a pH issue.

I wouldn't let the coco dry out that much between waterings. Coco can stay relatively wet all the time and does not have to be dried back like soil. It's physical structure allows it to retain air even when fully saturated. I'm going to guess those dry patches are a big part of the problem.

What's the runoff ppm compared to the input?
