The temps are in degrees Celsius my American friend :)wow. myself... Id start over. and you got some serious typos or your just killing those plants with basic temps also.
Hi guymandudeone thing i realized when i was fighting the slime is that the bigger the air pump, the hotter it runs, meaning if you are pumping warm air into yoru rez, you are warmign up the solution in the rez. are you running a chiller? turn it down a bit about 5 degrees lower than you'd want to
i run mine at 63 (chiller setting) and the temp in the rez stays about 68
Don't think it's heat... temp is 26-27 degrees Celsius.. about 80f...looks to me like the worst heat an mag def I have ever seen
so bad even the leafs look pissed
Ok thanks, I bought Epsom salts last night so will be running them in a couple of hours..id skip the cal mag and give Epson salt 1g per gallon of water mix it in a glass of warm water then add to your water before u add any other nute
with as bad as your id flush to make sure your not just making a lock out worst
I had mag problem for some time
I don't run C02...and 80 is a lil hot not bad but a lil on the warm side do u run any co2?
this is a pic of one of my old plants
I hear u can but that is not something I am into that is a lot of salt and can burn ezOk thanks, I bought Epsom salts last night so will be running them in a couple of hours..
Would you foliar feed with Epsom also??
The res ph drifts upwards a bit over the course of a week as it diminishes.. the ppm stays about the same..sorry when I say soil I just mean in what ever you growing in test the run off for ph and ppm
Most of us use F not C on the Farm and most of us realize that the world is looking at our threads so we TRY to specify what were talking about as to not look foolish and to get help from a science approach. I dont want to debate on F and C as your comment exudes confidnece and expertise level of growing but your pics dont. So refrain from my input and let you harvest those gems.Hi guymandude
The res sits at 18degrees without a chiller... ( that's 64 Fahrenheit Lino)..... UK temperatures... There really isn't much, if any slime tbh...
The pics of the roots I took were dogshit so I'll take some more today...
I was pretty sure after everyone's input and my research that it's root rot but now thinking about the fact there isn't any slime could it be something else??
Thanks for your help everyone

Ok Lino I'd rather not get into a pissing contest but seen as you're the expert you must have realised that the temps I previously stated in Celsius would be below freezing point if they were in Fahrenheit so i didn't think about TRYING to be specific as an EXPERT would realise immediately. Anyway.... take care xMost of us use F not C on the Farm and most of us realize that the world is looking at our threads so we TRY to specify what were talking about as to not look foolish and to get help from a science approach. Guymandude...can you get some close up shots of the roots?
It's ok there are 40 others that are fine, plus I have 6 mums going...them roots should be white
fuck u nuke them plants might want to get some new seeds going even if some how u get a harvest its not going to be worth the time
