There is a chance the medium is too hot for the plants... you didn't add any fertilizer to the mix, did you? Fox Farms stuff has a lot of nutes in it and a lot of them are time released, which typically uses osmotic exchange with the water in the medium. If there is a lot of excess water, it can cause the medium to release the nutrients too soon and overfeed things, which can look like they are thirsty.
Those cups are Ok for sprouting, but you really do need to get to a regular container with good drainage. Good drainage will prevent a lot of different problems, so keep it in mind for future grows and you will save yourself a lot of headaches.

Yes but wait till they have to dry out and they have become more turgid, and if your intending using soil mixers with nutes already in it before you transplant get the new soil and give a good flush with water and wash some of the nutes out so soil will not be so hot in Nitrogen I think if you do not wash the medium first you will probably burn them , do you understand what I’m saying .Yes I order from amazon and twice the day they said it will be in they had a order problem. I cant find one in store anywhere so used Poland spring room temp water. Should I transplant out of those pots into fresh pots and new soil.

Yes the pots where extremely dry today they took alot of water before draining out out the bottom could that be a symptom of under watering
No leave all soil that there in around the root ball or as much as you can I transplant mine when the root ball is dryer and not heavy in water , gently tear that cardboard pot away from seedling and place in new pot with your already washed n well drained new soil mix and gently back fill the new pot water in with ph correct water if you can’t ajust ph just water them in till you have 10 % run off straight after trans plant do not put under lights leave in dark or shade for 24 to 48 hr . Have a look at my thread taking the ladies out for new shoes you can see my technique. So should I toss the soil they are in and carefully take just the plant out and re pot them I do have pots or should I flush it real good in small pots then flush big pot of soul and plant
No it will help with transplant shock believe me I just transplanted my 4 ladies at 3 week into flower 24 hr dark they never missed a beat .The dark wont put them into flower
