Thanks it's the only one side's of tent were wet fan not working but is now just hope it was damp

Definitely looks like bud rot , I've had a couple colas get it in my dep , I just remove the affected part of the branch or cola and trash it to avoid the spreading of spores to other plants .

Catipilars can also cause similar damage but it's not likely indoors .
