I cut down my room last Thursday (5days ago). I left the room dark and didn’t water for 48 hours before chop. Temps were in the 60s or 70s, rh 62 or so. I hung whole plants upside down in the room, no lights, temp in low 60s and rh around 60% during chop and ever since. When I popped in to check on them today I found a handful of my colas had white fluffy mold inside them, saw the first one as soon as I opened the door and spent the past 3.5 hours combing through in the dark with a headlamp and shears to find what I could and cut it off. Was hard to get a good pic but what is this, where did it come from and how can I prevent it in the future???

Copper is an ingredient in sprays. You treat You treat them a few times in veg. And Sulphur can be burned in a burner or applied with a spray or as a dusting of powder. They don't mix so you pick one or the other. And you use them once or twice a week until you start getting budlets forming. Along with airflow and genetics it's usually enough to prevent mold. That mold is somewhat rare.
Preventative treatment for fungus and pests is a must for certain strains. Others just resist mold naturally.
we’ve had a stormy end of summer enter into fall where I’m at and had a bunch of power outages and my ac and dehu didn’t kick back on with the power a few times and it would take a while before I could get to the room to turn em back on and i was battling the temps and humidity since. Sealed room.
Had an issue with heat and humidity the whole time, a pretty bad thrip problem didn’t catch til the buggers were everywhere. Was the first run at this house, this room, these genetics, this nuts line, this setup, medium and lights etc. Lot of firsts this run. And it was after a handful of years of a state provided hiatus if you know what I mean.
have a mini split ac/heat pump on the way. I found my groove with the feed and these genetics finally but these were rough from the start and this run was just trying to familiarize myself and dial in
