I took these pics a few minutes ago, I had sprayed them for IPM a few days ago, this is residue from the spray. Bottom pic is whole plants, healthy as can be.

Wouldn't be surprised if it's a bit of both. Wet leaves will foster PM.

Have you tried rubbing across the leaf with a wet finger or your thumb? If it is residue then it will wipe away and look obviously different after. If it stays the same with no change in appearance it's a high likelihood of PM. It has a bit of a texture to the touch also. The heavier your trichome coverage is on the leaves the harder it is to determine when it starts spreading from the inner part of the leaf outward. Anyway, if you try this DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING until you wash and sterilize your hands thoroughly with Peroxide or isopropyl IMMEDIATELY. PM is definitely not a FAFO kinda thing. It can take over in the blink of an eye.

Good luck my friend.

Hello guys, now looking at it more thoroughly. Considering all your suggestions, I m quite positive it's just droplets residue. Maaaybe there's a hint of PM and I will start taking preventive actions rightaway just in case. I really hope I was panicking for nothing! But anyway this issue led me into this community so.. well that's just great I think I have some nutrient burning going with this one, but not worried, I'll take care.
Guys, thank you very much, yout support is just amazing!

Looks like you got plenty of good ideas. I would say spray with the milk solution right before lights out and you should be good to go. Don’t use neem in flower. It smells and I’m sure taste terrible lol plus it’s no bueno for you to inhale. As to the plant you said looks nutrient burnt it looks pretty damn good. A little light in color but that could just be the strain. Good luck

It looks like residue to me just because of placement and water marks. But staying on top of everything is key before it get unmanageable. With that being said stay up on the fungicide this time of the year. I you pay attention you will see pm on stems where they look not right.
