I bought the fertilizer from the greenhouse, and now reading the instructions I noticed that it says to water the plants with the nutritional mixture every other day, but I can't do that because I'm not in the grow every day, do you think that if I put it all at once, will it do any harm? or the product will not work?
give me your best guesses

No guessing needed,
Watering marijuana plants is a fickle thing.
If overwatered or under watered you’ve got trouble. You need to feel the pots weight when the soil is freshly transplanted before watering. Then completely water the soil, feel the weight again and remember how light it was.
Now you need to wait until the pots weight (after watering) is back to the original weight (when freshly transplanted) before you water again. This should be your standard practice throughout veg.
In flower things can be a bit different depending on the size of the pot.

IMO- I think you need to water once and feed the next.
