Hi guys, I'm just wondering if I'm having a problem. I'm at 5.5 weeks into flowering, and it looks like it's dying early. Is this normal. It's a hulkberry plant.

Flowering is the last stage of a plant's life, so some leaf necrosis is normal. There also seems to be a nutrient problem, though. What have you been feeding it?

Jack the light up as high as you can and take the box out from under the pot. Lights to close bud.

I'd say move the light up or dim it, reduce the Tiger Bloom and add some Cal-Mag. Nick's right that it's late for the Cal-Mag, but it might help some. Those damaged leaves won't recover, but I'm thinking you can still bring in a crop with some TLC.

And then it snowballs from there, leads to all types of nutritional uptake issues with key macro nutrients.

Couldn't find any cal mag locally. I'll have to order from Amazon. Any solutions till I get some?

I have a spray bottle of this shit called optic foliar overgrow. Its great for young plants but if I ever see even a hint of a deficiency I bomb the leaves with it and then I work out the problem properly. It can be used with the lights on too so its very handy to have it around and great for seedlings and clones too in their early days

It's getting to the point where a guy cant have an opinion around here. I can see the plant looks calcium deficient. At this stage I feel it's just as important to ease up on the light intensity then deal with the calcium issue. Wood ash is loaded with Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Many other minerals.

If you can have a fire or get your hands on some clean wood ash. 5 water to 1 ash mix well and let the solution settle an hour. Add 2 cups of solution to a gallon of water. Deep water the plant with this. It's easy to do and works wonders. The leaves will not come back but it will help the plant finish up.
