27 day, 23 night. 20 res temp & I assume the air circulation is okay! I have intake, outtake & fans circulating air also the rooms not entirely airtight. What are your room temperatures? What is your res temperature? Is there proper air circulation?
2 different strains, 5 plants & 4 plants same. Are these all the same strain? Clones would be what you want if you for consistency.
I will post pictures tomorrow, I'm currently not at my friends house where it is.Let's see them roots :)
Should I trim the effected branches off? This looks like some sort of fungal infection to me.
I already considered it to be root rot so I have started using Great White, its some stuff to kill bacteria I have been told to use.I would, but maybe do it in another room, that looks pretty gnarly. How are your roots looking? Could be root rot too.
I've had my friend take a video of a few of the roots, he noticed the intake was blocked and wasn't blowing air into the room if that could of potentially caused problems.I would, but maybe do it in another room, that looks pretty gnarly. How are your roots looking? Could be root rot too.

Thank you I appreciate your help. I've read that Great White is effective in DWC, also I researched some root rot and i haven't found any similar to mine. I've read that nutrient stain can get confused as root rot as mine don't smell at all and also isn't slimey! Ahh it's so annoying lolI was worried it was a fungal infection above the waterline that would release spores if cut, but now I'm damn sure you have root rot. Those roots should not look like that. Great white is mycorrhizae, better for soil, to help uptake nutrients from organic compounds. What you need is Hydro guard for your system. And you can use hydrogen peroxide in water to wash those roots, maybe you can save them. I'm not a hydro guy, maybe @Aqua Man can help save your plants.
I'm going to chop away the dead branches and pray the great white kills the bacteria in there. Until then, I also pray the big boys come chime in & fire miracles at me lol! Barring the dead branches which happened when I left the plants with no water during water change. I don't think the plants look too bad, I'm doing to chop the dead branches off tomorrow & see from thereYou see how there are still white roots among the brown ones. That's what makes me think it isn't nutrient stain. Like I said, I'm not a hydro guy, but I've read quite a bit about cannabis. From here it looks like root rot, hopefully some of the heavy hitters around here chime in. Your plants definitely need some immediate help.
