Help with Nutrients!

Hello! I would like some advice about nutrients for my plants!
This is a list over what my soil and fertilizer contains.
I know nearly nothing about this and need some pointers.. Been trying to read.. But wasent so easy to learn I figured.. So please help!

Hi Mrgrow. It looks like a good soil and fertilizer, I especially like that the Ca:Mg ratio appears to be damn near spot on for cannabis @4:1. Looks pretty well-rounded to me.
