Oh shit... You've got a few things going on there, but with only pix and no other information, how do we really help?

Spider mites JUMPS out at me. Probable P- and Ca-, and possible K-. But these could be toxicities, too. Whew.
 
What other info can I give you so I can take care of this... I sprayed with neem for spider mites I might not have gotten all of the little bugger's also I believe its more than just mites...

Media, environmental parameters, feeding regimen, including pH values and dosing strength for media and feeding.

Neem by itself will not handle a spider mite outbreak. In my opinion, based on research, neem is ok as a prevention measure only, not as a cure.
Some of the leaf necrosis, show at the edges of your leaves on the bottom pic can come from neem oil spraying with too strong of a concoction.
