Lights are about 40cm from canopy…..Growing in CoCo soil, 5 gallon tubs, lights on 12/12, using CoCo nutrients A & B & lately booster also calmag. Using the enhancer O2 canister. Average temp: 24, humidity: 52 atm
I know I have defoliated too much? Some are tall & some are short, I’m gutted

I would have guessed poor light, but that light looks like it should do OK. You have it turned all the way up, yes?

I suspect you need a MAJOR light upgrade... unless I'm looking at the wrong light.
