I'm on my computer I can't zoom in but it appears to be light damage only on the leaves closest to the light. Did you change anything with the lighting recently? Either way let's get them back from the light more for the moment. It's best to give a whole plant photo so we can see what the whole plant is doing.

I'd say the humidity is too low during the day, and too high at night... Looks like you are getting some gutation at night because you have little white residue on the edges of your leaves from where the water evaporated after lights are on and left some calcium deposits.
...and I see evidence of low humidity by the edges of your leaves curling upwards during lights on.

You may as well post parameters, so that we can diagnose it a little bit more accurately without guessing so much about environmental conditions.

Don't you think 27 is a bit High?... That's about 83 degrees Fahrenheit... then it goes down to 68 degrees Fahrenheit at night... Don't you think that's quite a difference between day and night Temps?

I see some of the tips deforming where the light hits it... Are you sure you have enough phosphorus?... is your pH right around 6.2?

It's ok... just a little on the high side... Unless you are in veg and using CO2... if so, I'd try to keep the night temps up a little higher, and try to get within ten degrees Fahrenheit difference...5 degrees Celsius difference.

Wouldn't hurt to get the ph up to 6.2... better calcium absorption, and better phosphorus absorption.

Another thing will help and not a big one small fan blowing across the top of the pots not to cause a hurricane but to end the dead air down there
