Hey everybody, I'm new to the site. Hoping to share and receive tips and knowledge. This year I will have 10 full term outdoors in 200gal smart pots. Strains will be Black Lime Reserve, and Girl Scout Cookie will replace any males as backup. I have 4 confirmed females and 5 unsexed. I'm using only predatory insects for spidermites(unless they get out of hand), and if I get powdermold I guess I will have to spray. I'm interested in cheap good ways to trellis(t-posts cost $10 each) and interested in fertilizer programs for full term outdoor. So far I have only given them MaxSea 16-16-16 and plan on using cal mag tomorrow. Thanks for any tips, and hope everyone has an awesome season!

16-16-16 is basically miracle grow and dosent sound good to me . I would find some other fert. I missed what your growing in, so I can not recommend anything. If u are in dirt, I'd buy or make super soil. Happy frog is wonderful, then I'm a super fan of ewc teas..

Welcome! A bit more details about what your medium is will be more helpful for us to help you. From the pic, looks like you're in soil. Organics would be the way to go outdoors imo. No other way to get top quality buds outdoors. There's a few organics experts floating around that I'm sure will pop in and drop some knowledge for you. Best of luck, keep us posted on what you've got going!

One Love,

I'm using the "Recipe 420" from EB Stone, I've had good success with it so far with light dep greenhouse. I used the MaxSea because it was all I had, but I was thinking about using the Earthjuice Seablast water soluble Grow fertilizer. I'm not going to have the time to brew tea or make compost so I'm leaning towards an easy, water soluble fertilizer program that I can buy and mix. Thanks

I think dirt definitely is the way if you don't have time for tea. And I personally would be seaching for the best soil u can rather than ferts and water with ro if possible. And i mean that in the nicest way possible. No ph or mixing of anything, just water at the right times. Why tea is great, it digests the soils so the plant has a constant food supply. Why soil is so great. You can do great white which would really help if your not wanting to do tea. You can add additives if u want extra but nothings needed. It is a tad expensive but worth every penny. You can also claim organic.
I grow mostly hydro with 25% of my girls dirt. I worry about my hydro and let my dirt do its thing and just add my ewc tea. They are my control group, to measure output and taste. Good luck, and just a bit more, if you do get ferts, start feed at 20-25% of their crazy feeding schedule and work up. Forgive me if I offended you, I don't know where u are in grow knowledge, since my buddy grows for years now, but hasn't learned how to read his plants at all.

Welcome to the farm.
I'm interested in cheap good ways to trellis
Use rigid electrical conduit, cut one end off at an angle. Drive that into the ground.

I like Maxsea, but I've never used it as a standalone. I use it mainly on my Camellia and rhododendrons, occasionally on cannabis if I feel it's warranted. I can't really advise you on a singe mix and go water soluble fertilizer, but I've known a few people who were using a Growmore mix that way. And I've read a few here speaking about Jack's.
