Hey guys, bucket guy here, only here because I told a moderator on r/hvac on Reddit some very mean things and am henceforth banned. The reason why I’m here is because of what I consider to be quite an unorthodox, extremely cheap method for growing my one gorilla cookies auto plant, pics related. Any questions and comments (and jokes) are GREATLY appreciated. Btw first time grower here, additionally, since I made the linked video I have changed the outlet schedule to a full 24/24 hours, and the pic of the light is the current bulb I am using, trying to avoid using a super expensive light setup.

And by the way...ummm...Micro? Or Mycro? Did a great video showing how effective lights work when they're surrounded like that. Imho you're blasting that light right where it needs to go. Just some info I remembered.

Yeah that was honestly my goal, get as much as the light as possible to bounce onto any green part of the plant so it can soak it up, it’s nice to get some confirmation though.

Nice setup! Smallest one I’ve seen similar to that was a garbage can grow and it turned out cool as hell! Can’t wait to see what ya put out!

Great micro rig man. You can pull some nice stuff out of one of those! My buddy did a Zittles last fall. I think he needed stronger LEDs though.

Aren’t you kind of limiting the size of your plant? I’ll bet it stays nice and warm though! Good luck nothing ventured, nothing gained!

For sure if it stays in my current setup it will be limited, I’ll probably upsize to a larger bucket and line it with electrical tape again once the plants leaves start to get a little too close for comfort, same exact idea just bigger.
