Indoor or outdoor? I had an infestation of Broad Mites this year on my outdoor plants and used Triazicide. Can't be used indoors, very toxic till completely dry. It was very early in the flower cycle so, from all my research, it was still safe to use. It wiped out the Broad Mites, Spider Mites, aphids, and thrips within the first two applications. Tried Nuke Em later in the flower cycle to maintain control and avoid making the flowers toxic but I wasn't very impressed by it.

I've read pyrethrin works too, but have not used it yet myself. I don't know how to fight them in an indoor garden, sorry.
