Smoked as a youth, never was much of a fan of alcohol, but then smoking started catching up with me and so I quit... have been enjoying a drink but really want to make some home grown edibles as the drink also catches up.. that starts with the growing..

Good idea And welcome

So what's your plan for how you want to grow?
And if you gonna make edibles then there is a lot of interesting strains to choose from.
I mean they don't have to make big tops for example.

I posted a thread re how one of my seedlings have stalled.. im keeping it simple, 3 plants, soil, greenhouse, natural light.. keeping it basic.. have no idea how successful I'll be. Geow8ng northern lights , durban poison and hyperion f1, all good for my latitude apparently but the DP has stalled.. the group have given me a few ideas so im trying them out.
Re the edible side of life, I haven't researched much apart from how to make butter to bake with.. very much at the beginning of all this with a high chance of failure... but hey ho.. what I can't get my head around is the price of seeds.. in my youth they'd all out of buds and you'd get them for free haha
