Please don’t smoke that did you buy this or grow? As Gnick stated this is mold caused by bad environment with high humidity causing mold to spread.

Jeabee,

If you grew this plant indoors you more than likely have a rather large load of spores in your canopy. Trash those buds and consider a floor to ceiling disinfection. Also, empty the canopy of everything. Disinfect everything you removed or trash it. Make sure to clean under ant flaps. Alcohol does nothing to spores. Use a sporocide. Or clean thoroughly and flip a coin.
