My closet is flowering now, 12 days in but this has been n issue for me since I started.

79-85f lights on, 73-77 lights off. I have n intake n exhaust fan. Watering twice a day to cool roots.

Ur high is 85 and ur low is 73. That a a big jump bro. Indoor shouldn't be jumping more then ten degrees up and down bro. What's ur humidity at and is the air blowing directly on them?

High heat and low humidity will cause the plants to transpire too much and likely uptake too much nutes burning tips and edges and causes curls, twists and taco leaves.

It also hurts canabanoid and especially terpene production.

Suggest you get the heat down. You can get the humidity up but then you risk mold and other issues.

The temp swings aren't a problem. Your humidity shouldn't be that low until your bud sited are relatively mature. Get that humidity around 55-60 for now

85 is a lil too hot and ur day/night temperature differential isnt bad at all. I assume the days that get up to 85 coincide w the nights that r the warmest.

Pix wud help a lot.

I suspect most of ur problem is from over watering. Dont water ur plants unless they need it!

Temps are irrelevant as long as the humidity and feedings coincide properly.

Here's one of the greenhouses after a week of sustained internal temps of over 100 degrees

I'd post dozens, but I keep getting a "security error" when they're uploading. File size too big possibly?

I water 35 oz twice a day spread between 4 plants.

I'm 50/50 coco coir n soil, I do have some perlite in there too. 1 gal faberic pots.

I get some drainage out of the bottoms but not much. I use nutes once n just water once per day. I don't really have ability to up humidity without a humidifier and that would increase temps......

Lights off are more like 75-77. I do not get them much lower then that too often, sometimes lower if I blast my ac. On they are now 82-84. I had a bigger temp range opening up the closet door for a hr or two twice a day. But things are getting too big n starting to smell to keep doing that.

I re positioned my intake fan to work a bit better. Again, sometimes lower if I blast ac. But it's really only been a test to see if it would make a small/med/big difference.

Intake fan does not blow directly on the plants. I feel before I water, things get pretty dry if u do not water twice a day. I have lots air circulation very low in the room and then a fan directing it straight up to my exhaust

I do this for bugs, mold, etc. I have a couple $4 Walmart 3" fans I'll put by the pots right after watering so it dries somewhat quicker.

You should always be targeting 10-25% runoff daily, not only to ensure complete saturation of media, but also to provide adequate solution for testing. It's just as important to test your EC/pH of your runoff as it is your feed solution

I aim to have a .02 inch of run off that builds in the bottom of the clear collector. Just enough to know everything gets wet, that no spots are dry in the pot, but I'm not watering the crap out of it.

Sometimes I do not water to the point if run off. I just need to cool the roots sometimes

I test ph. 6.0 always.

It's about volume of runoff. If you feed a gallon somewhere between 16 and 32 oz should be coming out as runoff daily. You should be measuring the pH and EC and comparing it to that of the feeding solution to understand how your plants are feeding.

I get about 2-6 oz of run off then each watering. Sometimes maybe just a tad.

I just a light nute combo nothing crazy. Only use it once a day, other watering just water.

I test ph every watering. 6.0. If I get odd readings or shit is fishy, I just my manual tester (other is ele u drop into water/nutes) that's more a hydro kit ph

I am growing in coco but treating it more like soil. I test all water I water em with.

Again if fishy, I use manual vial n solution to be sure. Plus sometimes I test the medium too. Everything is always a 6, or very close 5.7-6.3

The leaves are britely. Like there's no moisture to them. They ve stopped the yellowish tip thing but they curl from the underside in. Not really showing male or female signs yet??

They are 18/19 days into flowering

I know I need a real light. I have plans to use the T5, pos 300w led and a 200 timber wolf led plus that the tiny cfl hood I made. I fit 2, 42w bulbs in there.

That's also why I still have cfls here n there. I thought the t5 would do more tho. I keep those 3, 3.5 inches off of it.

I agree with the over watering 85* &30% humidity has never caused problems for me. Move & blow enough air & you can harvest a descent crop

I'm seeing a nitrogen toxicity situation as well. Flush, cut all nutes but cal/mag in half after flush and begin bumping your nutrient solution up once your runoff EC shows signs of the plants needing more food
