HLG 300 Bspec Veg Light Recommendations?

Hey everyone im new at growing and im trying my best to wrap my head around these lights that i have set up awaiting for my seeds to arrive. I’m using 2 HLG 300L Bspec lights in my 4x4 ac infinity indoor tent. I’m wondering about how high I should be setting them at from seedling through the veg stage? Also wondering about the spacing above my canopy height too? I have both lights on pulley’s as well so I can adjust as I go. Thankful for anybody that has any experience with these lights! Thanks in advance..

Fyi I have a separate 5 x 10 ac infinity for flower phase..

Recommended mounting height above canopy 24”-32” Veg

Seedlings need very little light, around 50 ppfd, veg plants I run around 200 ppfd, your best bet is to download a ppfd app to your phone and check multiple places around the canopy. Hope this helps
