At 5 weeks into flower there's not a lot you can do other than provide good light, heat, r/h, and nutrients. I'd start with the light 24 inches above the canopy, at about 80-85% and see how the plants react. If you need to know the ppfd, you'll need a meter.

You must have a tall tent, if you're 70 inches above the canopy or do mean 70%? Don't have that exact light, but I do have an HLG 550 rspec, so I know they're good and powerful lights. The X has a bit more red than the regular Diablo, so it's a great flowering light. (It's also fine for veg)

Optimum LED lighting is about 35 watts/sq foot, so if you’re using the whole tent, your lighting is inadequate. I run 1000watts in a 6.5x6.5, and I only use about 5x5.
