Welcome to my Auto Flower adventure thread. I've seen some other consolidated threads here and thought it would be a good idea to follow suit and make my own instead of posting a new thread for each grow.

My current Auto stash consist of the following seeds:

• Bruce Banner
• Northern Lights

I'm also awaiting delivery of the following Auto seeds from @Poekie Farms.

• Mandarin
• Zkittles
• Tangie
• Critical Orange Punch

Currently I am running a single Northern Lights that was a freebie from @Weedseedsexpress.

Day one above soil (3/4/22):

Day three (3/6/22)

Day six (3/9/22):

Her grow environment consist of a @VIVOSUN 32" x 32" x 63" tent (Need to upgrade this at some point). 2 6" clip fans and a 4' oscillating tower fan.

She is growing in a VIVOSUN 3gal fabric pot with a blend of Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss, Horticultural Perlite, Dolomitic Limestone and Calcitic Limestone.

Lighting her up is a MaxsiSun MF2000 LED on a schedule of 20/4.

She is not getting any nutrients at this point aside from what the soil can provide. I will be providing DYNA-GRO Grow and Bloom nutes at a later time though. I don't monitor RH once the plant breaks the soil surface and she is getting 32oz of softened water every other day right now.

That's about it for now, cheers and happy growing!

Day nine (3/12/22):

She has started growing faster. I've always noticed a stall for about the first week of growth. Not really a stall but slow growth. After the first week things typically start kicking into gear as the plant gets more established.

That stall you refer to is when the roots are taking hold, topgrowth can be minimal for a time, this is often where newer growers make the mistake of overwatering

seedling looks healthy

Yeah, someone somewhere once said it was the time it takes the root to reach the bottom of the pot. I'm not sure how accurate that statement is but I know for sure it has to do with the root growth.

Day 16 (2/19/22)

She started getting Dyno-Gro Grow
two days ago at 2.5ml/gal or 0.5tsp/gal. Right now she is taking ~0.75gal during watering before run off.

I've applied LST at this point too and took the top of her down to the soil with bonsai wire. Her next pics will be tied down.

Day 22 (Northern Lights):

She's been tied down now for almost a week and has filled up just about 1/2 of the 3gal pot surface.

I bumped up the nutes to 5ml/gal of Dyna-Gro Grow and 60ml/gal of Fox Farms Big Bloom for the last watering. I think the 5ml of Dyna-Gro was a little too much so I'm going to dial that back to 3ml/gal with my next watering.

What's good @kyLman? I don't know what RideGR is but I'm closer to the A2 area.

Northern Lights - Day 26 (3/30/22):

The 3ml/gal of Dyna-Gro Grow change seems to be the money spot. She's filling out well. I'll untie her soon and let her start stretching.

Popped a Blueberry Auto seed into some soil yesterday too. More to come one that one....

Northern Lights - Day 35 (3/8/22):

This gal decided not to stretch much. She is full on in flower and about 2' tall. I did look her up and apparently she is listed as having a Max height of 27" - 39" which is really short. I'm glad I didn't purchase these seeds and they were freebies though.

I guess I was hoping for another monster like the Bruce Banner was. That's part of the fun though IMO, seeing the differences from plant to plant.

Blueberry - Day 3 (3/8/22):

The Blueberry I planted next to her has germinated and broken ground.

Update on the Northern Lights.

It's just shy of harvest by a week or two. I over watered her so she's not looking great which is why there are no updated pics. She'll prolly produce a solid few ounces though.

Getting my environment under control during the winter has proven pretty difficult in comparison to Summer grows indoors.

The Blueberry never made it past the first couple weeks due to hot reused soil. She got toasted .

I now have a @Poekie farms Mandarin and Critical Orange Punch germinating. The Mandarin has already sprouted and is in soil. I'm waiting on the COP to break now too. These will both be grown outdoors. More to come...

Day 4 Mandarin:

Day 2 Critical Orange Punch (COP):

Both of these were germinated indoors in solo cups. The Mandarin has been outside for two days now and the COP was just put outside today. Both are in their 3gal forever homes now.

The COP is significantly smaller than the Mandarin was at 2 days old. It'll be fun to watch these two grow together over the next few months.

Thankfully a big hail storm just missed us. It would have toasted these little guys and the new tomatoes I just put in the ground too .

Mandarin Day 10 (5/20/22)

Critical Orange Punch Day 8 (5/20/22)

Both of these plants seem pretty happy being outdoors. I haven't watered them myself at all since we've been getting a decent amount of rain and ~80°F days.

Supposed to get some pretty gnarly weather tomorrow so I might pull em in for the day. It'll prolly be another week or two before I start applying LST to them too.

Mandarin Day 17 (5/27/22):

Critical Orange Punch Day 15 (5/27/22):

These two ladies are still pushing along. We've been getting a lot of rain lately but it looks like it's going to dry out a bit over the next week. They both look healthy so far though .

They are looking good and I can’t believe how quick these things grow in 3 weeks time

Compared to Hydro they are pretty small actually . I think they'll be growing just fine outdoors though.
