Growing indoors with windowsill light,Is there any way I can stop them from stretching or do I let them be,it's day 5 ,when can I start to lst?

The only way to stop the stretch is to give them sufficient lighting,Window sill is not enough you need a direct light source

Your seedling is directing energy searching for light instead of developing roots and leaves. As mentioned above, stop the stretch with adequate light ASAP, repot and level medium to within one inch of cotyledons, provide air circulation to wiggle plant and strengthen stem. Wait for at least 3-4 healthy nodes before you think about LST. Good luck.
