Flowers are very pretty and basil looking good too. I grow in my closet with a bunk light so take this with a grain of salt.

In my experience growing in organic soil under lights, the major issues are nitrogen under/over, overwatering or underwatering --> root problems, light too far/close, or phosphorus (usually just not enough leading to small flowers, or the soil is super depleted.)

I see some twisting green leaves, flowers on the smaller size, some fan leaves light green and crawling, stretching(?). IME, this happens when the light is not close enough, too warm when flowering, there is too much N, maybe not enough P or root issue.

How warm is it in there? What nutrients are you using for flowering? How far away is the light? Is the soil fully drying out, or staying wet, is it getting soaked through?

Your plants look like they’re off to a good start for a newbie! A couple of tips: you might want to check the soil moisture before watering. Instead of watering on a fixed schedule, try to water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Overwatering is a common mistake, and plants prefer drying out a bit between waterings. As for feeding, once a week sounds good, but keep an eye on your plants to make sure they’re responding well—yellowing leaves can be a sign of overfeeding. Keep up the good work, and don’t hesitate to ask for more advice as they grow!
