Yup stretching quite a bit, maybe lower the light a bit?

Healthy looking plants, but you’ll want to have a bigger container soon, those are pretty small for seedlings to really spread out their roots in search of nutrients, those trays are better for clones. Solo cup for the win for seedlings, make a ton of holes in the bottom and around the sides for an even and faster dry out and you’ll notice the difference

you think if I placed them in their final pot 2.6 2/3 ocean floor 1/3 happy frog.. it will stress them??
I lowered my sf-4000 from 25-26" to 16" at 40% light output.

Personally I tend to transplant twice maybe three times, first home is the solo cup, second a 1 or 3 gal container and then it’d be up to a 5 or 10 gal container as it’s final home

As for the soil I’d say that’s maybe a little too hot for a seedling, maybe wait until transplanting to avoid nutrient excesses, they’re very sensitive when they’re young but give it a couple of weeks in the right conditions they’ll take off and you won’t know you’re looking at the same plants

I would like to start by thanking everyone on this thread for your feed back it saved my plants (thus far but time will tell lol ) I went ahead and transplanted my seedlings with gloved (nitrile) protection.
I did 16oz red cups with multiple holes at the bottom. also I pre moistened my soil and planted the seedling soil dry onto my moist soil to prevent over watering and promote the roots.
the cups raised my seedling canopy to 13" 1/2 and I kept my lights at a dimmed setting at 40% will watch carefully to see if its not too much.
