Looking good! She is much bigger now! Be careful with the fan pointing directly towards the plant. If you see that holes start to appear on the new leaves its too much air (the holes appear so wind can pass through them and not stress the plant as much, happened to me plenty of times before I figured out it was the fan, not normal).

dang i didn't know that about the plant making holes in response to windburn, I thought I had some little bugs at first, that makes a lot of sense!

We probably all been there when we saw those holes for the first time. The first time I was searching like a madman for bugs, after a few times happening I noticed that it only happens to the plant that is recieving the most wind so I stoped giving direct airflow and it fixed so I searched if wind stress can cause leaves with holes and turns out it can. Now I have a fan below the canopy, the intraction fan pointing to the wall, a fan above the canopy to create that wind gust and thats it, usually I use an extraction fan too but its cold at night when I have the lights on and another fan would lower temps too much.

Okay guys so update that looks like a whole different plant. I cut my big fan leaves I don’t know why I woke up one morning and did it. It seems to me it’s easier to water and easier to train did I do anything wrong or should I let her do her thing now and let it go. Any feedback is good for me I don’t know what I’m doing throughout I’m just going day by day reacting to what I think the plant might need. Also my humidity will not stay up I try spraying the tent every time it dips down I just feel like I’ve sprayed it 4 times today and it just won’t stay.

Well Sport, you got right in there and gave her a whack. Might be heavier handed than me but if it works? Sure. Get that one branch out of the dirt, I like 2" clearance to the dirt minimum.
Nice wire, not my trainer choice but again it works.
No funky colors, no taco leaves, Idk I like it.

Slow humidifier:
Hang a rag in an empty cup vertically in the center at least 1/3rd in the cup, then fill most of the way with water by slow pouring down the rag. Gets me +17-20% rH.

I haven't trained a plant like that before but she will bounce back with a bit of time. I think it's cool, time and patience along with the right light schedule, you can do a lot. I might get creative at some point. Can't wait to see how she turns out.

I’ve never done this ever before so all of it is new but I do know that they should bounce back after the training I’m just not getting the whole process. Like I said been playing this day by day ear by ear.

Less is more, feed the soil, listen to what they need. That's the way I roll. Growing is learning.

I run organic and with a reduction in nitrogen past mid flower my little autos still need N. If I cut nitrogen off early I count on the big fan leafs to feed the plant. As long as you nail your nutes your fine.

I have only grown auto's twice and it wasn't my thing. But,I grew outdoor auto this year and it has led me to believe you can do two staggered grows here. I'm on board with that but indoors for me are photoperiod grows. Rock on!

Yeah my plant was a northern light seed off of herbies seeds it’s a photoperiod plant. And imma be honest of the feeding part it’s weird idk if I’m doing it right every now and again I’ll put some in my water. not a lot probably not even enough of what it calls for. so far I haven’t had any Nute burn or really any sign I’ve been doing anything with nutes if that makes sense

Your nutrients should come with a schedule or there should be one online if you google it. Almost every watering is a feed with 3-4 days off to dry for me, I'd assume that is broadly common for soil. At first a published schedule will do you good, later on you'll just do it all by feel. You need a bunch of grows just dealing with what comes up and using useful "training wheels".
At the end from mid flower on your plant can pull from it's limited reserves and often that begins to express their colors more vividly, someone smarter than me can tell you if that is good for THC production or not. But I myself ran into nitrogen deficit and that is no bueno either.

The fanleaves give energy to the branches that themselves produce new fanleaves and branches. All these branches will grow flowers at every node when flipped, throughout the entire plant. Cutting a fanleaf is like taking away a battery so growth slows and she'll be forced to grow others to do the job, either bigger or new. Cutting a sidebranch forces her energy towards new branches. You want flowers, not leaves. In order to not stress her too much you could either tuck the leaves or trim bottom useless leaves in phases of a few leaves at a time. Know that the more foliage she has, the higher your Rh will be in response. Wet soil also throws up your Rh. Big flat something full of water under a fan also works.

When training, your goal is to divide growth amongst branches by getting them at the same height so they get the same amount of light. In general growth hormones are send to the most top and lateral branches. And make sure no leaves are touching soil ;) that's how disease starts.

Fox farm products are high in salts. Be sure to flush every once in a while. You will really see the salt build up with the fabric pots. Fox farm is great for a starting nute brand. Be careful buying soil from big box stores. They can bring pests inside your grow and that's no fun. Eventually I would recommend you switch over to a live soil grow if you were going to continue with dirt. Otherwise I would recommend coco. Last advice I have for the moment is to look into inoculating your root system with something like dynomyco or something of the sorts. Your plant will have a better nute uptake because of a stronger root system and will also be less affected by defoliation and topping with lst, cuts the Regen time down significantly. Anyway good job on the grow so far, stay stoney
