I got some cheap ones on amazon. They are tight. Makes me nervous. How long they need to stay on after plant has recovered?

dont tie em down super tight go low go slow sister. they stay on until the branches have become non bendable which is when they get thicker

I’ve left clips on throughout the grow with no problems.
