how much amber do you look for?

i have heard different amounts, but i think i hear 25% more often.

how amber, like these and just a bit, or i see some much darker?

is it some % in any area, or overall estimate of the bud? or the plant?

is this 25%, or does it need more? do i want 25%? i want "stoned". lol

Depends on your definition of stoned. More amber = more couch lock. I like a little less than half of the trich’s amber. That’s when you walk up to the frig and cannot remember why your there, lol.

Depends on the strain. I look at the whole plant. Some of my plants never get much amber until after they get chopped or rot. Others turn all amber before the bud stops growing. Some are in between the two extremes.

first grow, no reference point for a comparison, or to judge that.

she is a 12 week old auto caramelicious by MSNL - leans indica. most of the growdiaries say 11 weeks to 13 weeks. it has been flowering for 8 weeks of that. not much posted on the amber factor. and most look harvested earlier, without a lot of orange hairs.

I believe I over cooked my some of my last grow..10 weeks 9 was better. The 10 week pot same strain (Gorilla ) as the 9 week is shit, some might call it a body stone.fk that it takes 3 joints to give me my high. the 9 week only takes 1....10 weeks was prettier, lots of color and a bunch of blood red trichs...I though oh ya baby.....fkin stuff sucks pretty or not.

I've heard that term " couch locked " for years and years I've never found pot that does that to me. Lazy..ya sure but after a smoke most pot I want to be doing something. It makes me active, workouts,yard work,fixin shit around the house, gardening. I've taken some pharma's that couch lock me ...Valium,morphine.fentynal, & other barbs but not pot unless that's the plan smoke,fk,snooze kind of day.....If its not couch lock pot its crap lol..

I have a tendency to let Indicas go to long. Half a dozen pulls on my vape and I get, I shouldn’t have done that it’s going to leave a dent. Lol, then I’m like fuck I got to go lay down for a little bit, then I’m looking for my Sativa to bounce back.
