That guess was based on 2x3 space. After re reading your post, I see you only have 150w light. My revised guess is 4-6.6-12 oz. if all goes well.
So a real question, if you had my size grow space what would of been your light of choice? I had trouble picking the light I did. I could only go so big and this was a decent price at the time. That guess was based on 2x3 space. After re reading your post, I see you only have 150w light. My revised guess is 4-6.
You can always get another one and dim them down to the appropriate wattage. That's what I do. Based on the wattage and the size of the plant I'm sticking to 7 Oz.So a real question, if you had my size grow space what would of been your light of choice? I had trouble picking the light I did. In your space, I would have 2 100w hlg.So a real question, if you had my size grow space what would of been your light of choice? I had trouble picking the light I did. I could only go so big and this was a decent price at the time.
With the right strain, 150w can make 8oz.150 watts light can yield as little as 35 grams. If its not well optimized or made of poor quality components. I prefer HPS. Cheap. Easy.
That should work.Here’s an update
I added my old viparspectra 600w blurple to the tent with the viparspectra xs1500. Does it really make a difference that one is blurple and one is not? View attachment 1145700
I know its not 600w but having the extra must be better than my xs1500 that’s in there on its own. It's not 600 watts, just to let you know.
In regard to your question, I don't think you could go wrong with adding light, especially when growing in DWC because the growth rates are so fast.
